At his previous role leading product at a top-10 security company, Mike saw the AI adoption wave firsthand. Teams were uploading sensitive data into unvetted models, and compliance exposure was compounding silently. He founded IQ Harvest to build the governance layer the industry desperately needed.
Josh spent years as a principal engineer at AWS building systems that handled 100M+ requests daily. When Kyler pitched the idea of an AI governance platform, Josh saw a once-in-a-career opportunity to apply infrastructure-scale thinking to one of the biggest emerging problems in enterprise tech.
After leading product at Notion, Brian saw how product design could transform even the most complex workflows into delightful experiences. He joined IQ Harvest to bring that same philosophy to AI governance, making the complex simple.
